Returns and refunds

Due to the lengthy handmade process and the effort that goes into each piece, I do not offer returns/refunds for any reason other than damage on arrival. Please consider each purchase carefully by checking specifications and size. Please also feel free to email me at [email protected] to see videos of any piece before purchase!

For damaged items: Please send me an email within 24 hours of delivery. I need photos of all sides of the shipping box, as well as photos of the inside of the box with shipping materials shown. This is imperative so that I can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
